A foreign representative office in Ukraine

 

Foreign mission – an institution or a person representing the interests of Ukraine in the foreign business entity and holds a relevant valid credentials (Law of Ukraine “On Foreign Economic Activities”).

 

Representative offices of foreign companies are:

– Conducting business in Ukraine;

– Do not conducting business in Ukraine.

Representative offices of foreign companies have no legal status, and therefore need to develop a capital there. Also, there are all sorts of benefits for the state registration offices, namely, it is possible to obtain the tax and customs privileges, do not need a work permit for foreigners in Ukraine, etc.
